With over 20 years of experience, Stacy oversees all aspects of U.S. Silica’s legal, compliance and ethics functions.
Since joining U.S. Silica in 2019, Stacy has worked to streamline legal operations to improve cost efficiency and speed, focusing on providing practical legal guidance that meets business objectives.
Prior to U.S. Silica, she served as an in-house managing counsel for a large oil field services company based in Houston, TX. Before going in-house, Stacy was in private practice for over 10 years at several notable law firms including Weil Gotshal and Manges, Kelly Hart and Hallman and BoyarMiller.
Stacy earned a BA in government from the University of Texas and a JD from the University of Houston Law Center.
