U.S. Silica Appoints Adam Yoxtheimer as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
FREDERICK, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 16, 2013-- U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) today announced that it has named Adam Yoxtheimer Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company, effective September 9, 2013.
Yoxtheimer joins U.S. Silica from Booz & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, where he served as a Principal in the Energy, Chemical and Utilities practice, assisting clients on a wide range of strategic initiatives including portfolio optimization, capital allocations and mergers and acquisitions. Yoxtheimer previously held a senior engineering position in the Information Systems & Global Solutions division of Lockheed Martin Corporation. He began his career as a systems engineer at BAE Systems based in Washington, D.C.
